Seacliff Plantation is Located on the Northern Coast of Kauai…
…in an area known as Kilauea. The area is rich in history. It is home to Nihoku, an ancient volcanic vent. The backside of this volcano is locally called Crater Hill which is contiguous with Seacliff Plantation.
Nearby is Kilauea Point, a scenic peninsula 200 feet above sea level with panoramic ocean views. In 1913, a 52 foot lighthouse was built here as a beacon for ships. This area is also home to seabirds, some endangered, and in 1985 this became a federally protected bird sanctuary known today as Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge
Kilauea Town is a charming village 5 minutes from Seacliff Plantation. It is a welcoming community of full time residents. Here you will find restaurants, fish market, medical facilities, gymnasium and shops. Farmer’s Markets, mini golf, great beaches and art nights are some of the local events.
